How it Works

We use licence plate technology to match your booking when you arrive at the car park.

To make a booking, click here and enter your details. We will send an email once your booking is confirmed (Please note, bookings must be made at least 15 minutes before entering the car park).

Then, drive to Uptown Parking and proceed slowly towards the entry gate, leaving at least 2 metres between you and the car in front. Our system will read your plate and allow you to enter.

To exit, drive slowly to the exit and wait for the gate to lift. No ticket is required.

Running late? There is a 30 minute grace period* provided before and after your selected time to give you peace of mind for any unforeseen changes. You can also amend or cancel your booking online up to 1 hour before your booking starts.
